Well, we deliver six days a week , , , Monday to Saturday . . . from our warehouse in Smallthorne in the heart of the “Potteries”, one of the major conurbations within Staffordshire.   You’ll no doubt know where Stoke-on-Trent is . . . that’s where we are!

We have a fleet of nine refrigerated vehicles (all Mercedes).  From our warehouse they head out in all directions, delivering into most of Staffordshire, of course, and then on into Derbyshire, Cheshire and Shropshire. 

If you’re within our catchment area you’ll find that we don’t charge for delivery nor do we have a minimum order value (unlike some of our competitors). 

All our vehicles are driven by uniformed drivers, most of whom have been with us for many years.  They know their routes and their customers well.   We see them as an important contact point between our customers and ourselves.  If there are problems at the point of delivery our drivers will attempt to resolve them immediately.  

We rely on our drivers . . . we know you can too!

You’ll get a computerised invoice with every delivery . . . so you can check immediately that you’ve got exactly what you ordered and that you’ve paid the price you expected to pay.

News update!!  2007

Well, as we had planned to in 2006, we are now building up a very credible customer base in the areas around Wrexham, Powys and further north into Shropshire and even into Chester.  We’re delivering 6 days a week and offering all our usual services to some very good customers and we’re getting good reports all round.
