CHEESE

We sell all the traditional English county cheeses, such as the Cheddars, Cheshire’s, Wensleydale, Leicester etc. etc.  They usually come in 5 kilo blocks, some of them we sell grated.

Then there are the Camemberts, Bries, Goat’s cheese, Edam, Mozzarella  etc. . . . all the slightly more specialised cheeses . . . all of which we keep in stock all the time.

If you want anything more specialised or different from the run of the mill, then we offer a really interesting selection (with a day or two’s notice) such as Buffalo cheese, Organic cheeses, Vegetarian cheeses, speciality cheeses made in the UK and from various parts of the world.  There are probably a couple of hundred varieties you can choose from.

We also sell a really tasty range of cheese made in a small dairy in Staffordshire.  There’s even a variety made with beer!  Again, if you want to know what varieties they make, ask for a brochure or simply give us a call.
